Next Steps

<michael_fairchild> Matt gave a high level overview of where he thinks the project is currently at. Yohta has done great work on assertions and testing, JF did great work on helping us understand what we are trying to accomplish, and Michael has done great work on researching the data model and possible issues with that.

<michael_fairchild> Yohta: I agree

<michael_fairchild> JF: I'm concerned that we still don't have a great understanding of the screen reader developer audience and the maintainer audience

<michael_fairchild> JF: I also think it would be good to review and publish our objectives from the activity that we recently completed to help newcomers to the project

<michael_fairchild> Matt: yes, I agree, that would be good.

<michael_fairchild> Matt: I think we need to do more around scoping and describing work so that we can define specific output and start work

mf: Yota and I agreed to test simple chackbox example based on two approaches.

that could help us define next steps.

mk: summary of next steps:

1. Review and publish use case report

2. Compare checkbox analysis using Yota's spreadsheet and Michael's a11ysupport.io

3. Publish summary of Yota's work on wiki

<michael_fairchild> Matt: Goal: put on the wiki a summary of problems that we want to solve, stack ranked.

<michael_fairchild> JF: I can attempt that, then we can review.

<michael_fairchild> Matt will work on getting JF access to the wiki

<michael_fairchild> Matt and JF: we will discuss the changes to the wiki via a github issue

Checkbox review discussion

mf: Yota summarize results then Michael summarize his results.

<circ-user-wGyzB> Seth Kovanic: Apologies, I have to step off for another meeting. It had been a couple of weeks since I was able to last join and the progress you've made is great. If I can help test in any capacity, please let me know.
