PWinstanley: there a couple of pr
PWinstanley: I would like to remind that we have to show that the CONNEG document are reviwed
any suggestion on how we can make a big noise on that
in particular with conneg last wd
PWinstanley: what we need are feedback that can be shown
SimonCox: is there an announce that can be used as anchor for asking feedback
PWinstanley: I sent a poll for dcat
<SimonCox> re PWD of conneg - I would expect to see an announcment here https://www.w3.org/blog/news/
<SimonCox> ... but nothing !
<AndreaPerego> Poll here: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/99375/DCAT_PR/
Action: PWinstanley to get W3C to announce conneg PWD2
<trackbot> Created ACTION-327 - Get w3c to announce conneg pwd2 [on Peter Winstanley - due 2019-05-21].
PWinstanley: is there anything else you think we should do for creating a bigger splash about the conneg wd
PWinstanley: we mentioned the poll about dcat
PWinstanley: we have a certain number of evidence coming from profile, are there other implementation evidence people are aware of?
SimonCox: we have a tab somewhere, could anyone put it in the irc?
<DaveBrowning> Github transition: https://github.com/w3c/transitions
DaveBrowning: there is also a github issues
DaveBrowning: most of the section we should provide we have already it is mainly a matter of cut and paste
PWinstanley: at the moment we are waiting for the poll then we we have to prepare the transition document
<AndreaPerego> Spreadsheet to collect implementation evidence: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eEVUuPFAGO2GjS5ocxylY8T1AlpqlwnOTc3er_Mhcv4/edit?usp=sharing
PWinstanley: what are the things you ( dave) want the people do ?
DaveBrowning: we got some editorial work, including the pr andrea is preparing
PWinstanley: what we want is to have period in which people can say what they think having the document freezed
PWinstanley: is there anything the people want to discuss on the respect of dcat ?
<DaveBrowning> DaveBrowning: We can probably hope to step back a bit once we have approval from the DXWG (the poll)
<DaveBrowning> ... then it may be quieter - need to be able to respond, but gathering implementation evidence
PWinstanley: is there any way we can partition the work in order to speed up the work which is left
<DaveBrowning> ... will be the largest element
SimonCox: do we have a time table ?
PWinstanley: I am going to work with philippe in order to have support and more instruction
PWinstanley: we can have a look at the work to be done on the subgroup tomorrow
SimonCox: One of the thing to clear is this idea of the evergreen specification which is new
DaveBrowning: I think simon's question is central
PWinstanley: i ask for clarification to philippe and make sure this revision ongoing process is not run and re-run
<SimonCox> 1. Is there a timetable 2. what is impact of plan to issue DCAT as an 'evergreen' recommendation
<SimonCox> 3. when do we apply for extension ...?
DaveBrowning: the evergreen process bluries the end of the group declared by the charter, but this aspect should be clearified
PWinstanley: is there anything we want to discuss?
PWinstanley: or we should close the meeting?
PWinstanley: shall we close the meeting?
PWinstanley: I will make some request to have publicity about the conneg to W3C
and tomorrow we can have a chat on dcat specifically
bye
<SimonCox> bye
