<JimA> awk: rules are non-normative. hope for faster process.... rules will be compact and formulaic.

<JimA> ... want rules to be consistent with WCAG perspective. Need some review process to correct miss perceptions.

<JimA> awk: will put on agenda and review. when delivered

<JimA> wilco: on ACT agenda tomorrow. should be delivered sometime next week. ready for AG review on the 14th
