how do we make conformance better align with the experience with PWD?

some of that is related to methodogy of task based assessment

How are we covering "equivalent experience" and not identical experience? The example is a Map application where the complexity of the visual experience is too overwhelming to express in text equivalent.

how to define the task? example of changing the font.

if you have a path to completion and it is a reasonable approximation it is an equivalent experience?

bruce asked about the point system. he thinks that we can still be a point based system and still maintain a minimum level of conformance for all to access
