Update on the AG WG survey about publishing the CR spec & meeting with AG WG at CSU

... reminded them of the survey
... talked about integrating rules as part of the WCAG guidance
... seems to be support for that as well
... will check with Chairs if survey is positive or if need a CFC or such

SAZ: was happy to see integration aspect being raised by AGWG participants
