ACTION-2223: Update the typed values text

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0030

Steven: Is the example helpful?

[this is a sub-part of ACTION-2211: Redefine terms via xdm instead of

xpath[1, 2]]

https://www.w3.org/community/xformsusers/wiki/XForms_2.0#Typed_Values

Steven: Rewrote the section. Does the example illustrate what it says? Is it useful?

Erik: [Argues for it.] Decimal is better than Double, which is the default if a value is untyped and you use sum()
... most people want to use decimal.

Steven: The problem is that the example draws your attention to the wrong thing. We need an example where a string gets interpreted differently when it is typed or not.

<scribe> ACTION: Steven to find a different example for typed values (section 6.2)

<trackbot> Created ACTION-2228 - Find a different example for typed values (section 6.2) [on Steven Pemberton - due 2019-02-27].

Erik: Looking at sum(); if it finds a value that isn't typed, it uses double.

ACTION-2224: Summarise the use of "empty sequence"

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0032

Steven: Done.

ACTION-2225: Implement evaluation error for mip as opposite of the

default value.

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0029

Steven: Done.

ACTION-2226: Update replace="text"

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0031

ACTION-2227: Implement targetid default

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0033

Steven: Not done, because cancelled.
... everything is still the same.

Evaluation context for avts

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2019Feb/0036

Steven: Erik and Alain do different things, so I don't want to make a decision before Alain has had a chance to argue one way or another.
... my feeling is that the AVTs should be evaluated after the ref.
... like other attributes.

Erik: It would be good if there was some consistency on this.
... what other attributes are evaluated after ref?

Steven: @value on output for example.

https://www.w3.org/community/xformsusers/wiki/XForms_2.0#Evaluation_Context

Steven: That's where we define it
... the AVT section contradicts this
... Postpone decision until Alain is here.
