Date Picker

mck: both date picker examples are based on combo box
... primary difference is one grid has cells with dates to choose, other a button exists in each grid cell

jg: example with no button seems to work better with AT
... why not just use grid cell?

mck: buttons need ENTER to activate and doesn't know how mobile will handle
... grid cells don't usually need to be activated
... this example doesn't do ranges

jg: not yet, want to but need to get this one correct first
