Meeting minutes

<roba> * I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to dial in for much of today - events have overtaken my plans somewhat - I'll try to check in on the chat - send me a direct chat message if i need to duck in rob

kcoyle: this is going to be a very short meeting. Not sure we're enough...

UCR

Jaroslav_Pullmann: I asked dave about how to move further
… he is traveling

kcoyle: today was the last day

Jaroslav_Pullmann: dave thought it would be tense indeed.
… he was suggesting publication beginning january

kcoyle: publication can resume on jan 3
… could you still be in contact and publish shortly after that?

Jaroslav_Pullmann: is this schedule available?

kcoyle: I receive notices of moratorium, put on 'key dates'
… we don't have the rest of 2019

antoine: have you merged the 'ucr' branch into the main one?

Jaroslav_Pullmann: not yet. I've generated a new static file for validation in the working branch

antoine: I'm worried that dave would forget that the branch to consider is not the main one (gh-pages)

kcoyle+antoine: we agree it should be merged.

Jaroslav_Pullmann: I thought dave was going to change the config file

kcoyle: it would be good to check with him.
… not sure dave has done this for the other docs

Jaroslav_Pullmann: ok so I will ask a check of the ucr branch and merge the changes.

The ' ucr' branch is 'ucr_profile_requirements'

other drafts

kcoyle: we will probably not get a lot of publicity over Xmas

antoine: would holidays impact deadlines?

https://‌www.w3.org/‌2017/‌dxwg/‌track/‌actions/‌269

the draft mails does not mention a deadline.

kcoyle: Jan 30 would sound good. I'm going to send an email to the group

profile guidance

kcoyle: I will send an email to the group explaining the recent changes, highlighting additions of requirements and best practices
… first passing it through you

antoine: ok
