Introducing Jemma, Practices TF co-facilitator

Jemma now an editor of APG

will coordinate with Matt on procedures

1.2 WDs

previous discussion: https://www.w3.org/2018/11/07-aria-editors-minutes.html#item02

core-aam needs removal of stuff moved to ARIA - done

still need a couple new tests

APG ready to go: https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/releases/tag/apg_1.2_wd2_candidate_1

publish stable branches of ARIA and Core-aam as they are now, with the APG tag above

<joanie> https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3AWDPrep

note WDPrep label on issues is for tracking stuff that might potentially be ready to merge into stable

the above issue tracks *this* publication, next will be 1.2.3

RESOLUTION: publish 1.2 second WD round

Joanie will add a tag

MC will create a branch off those tags to do TR-specific stuff

Community group for aria-at https://www.w3.org/community/aria-at/

Group has been formed, people are joining

need to nominate a chair

(Matt, after FB nominates him)

MCK will invite individuals

<Zakim> joanie, you wanted to Mention it was already announced on a list I'm on

Note announcements going around, and we can´t stop people from joining

APG index of examples, separate file or not?

APG 1.1 republication

was targeting updated 1.1 by end of this year

this is not the final release, that´s for June

could publish in mid Jan

want an updated CfC since it´s an updated Note

target CfC ready by 9 Jan, announce in 10 Jan WG meeting, target publication 17 Jan

APG index of examples, separate file or not?

Jon working on an index of the examples

script that looks through which ARIA features used in which examples

should be updated every time examples updated

not necessarily every time

could insert index into the APG as an appendix

or make a standalone file in the examples directory

MC prefers a standalone file in examples dir

which can be easily referenced from the main doc

generated by script file with a template

script should be maintained in /scripts dir

generate to examples/index.html

Travis will be able to run this build

<jemma_ku> https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/blob/master/.travis.yml

travis build will need configuration to run this script (node); Nick can set up

<jemma_ku> https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/tree/master/scripts

<jemma_ku> https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/blob/master/scripts/travis-deploy.sh

Open issues in aria-common https://github.com/w3c/aria-common/issues

https://github.com/w3c/aria-common/issues/7
