developing a feature of managing ssml via WAI-ARIA
... at this point of time it is part of APA working group but
if we plan to develop an ARIA element then we need to take it
in ARIA working group
MC: I'd prefer to work on separate prefix and if we decide to use ARIA prefix then we need to bring it under this group
JN: I dont see any reason why can't it be HTML feature?

if you intentionally want the aria value not defined. Some
consistency here would be good. It will help having consistent
behavior.
