Milestone progress

https://github.com/w3c/html/milestone/23

LW: Deadline is friday
... 15% complete at the moment.
... 8 closed, and 45 remaining.
... Xiaoqian you've added Programmer3000's issues back?

XW: Yes.
... We also need to fix the ToC problem.

LW: An update to Bikeshed has introduced the directory role.

SOH: Plus they changed some of the CSS, which didn't help.

LW: Question is how can we fix this?

XW: Report the issue to Bikeshed.

LW: Would it make sense for Scott and I to do that?

XQ: Yes, please.

LW: Scott, what's your update on the milestone?

SOH: Have four open PRs.
... Most can e done, but it needs time.
... Will do what I can by Friday.

XW: Working on two issues.
... Will get them done this week.
... Will try to catch up.

CMN: Hven't done anything for about two weeks.
... Thursday/Friday I will be travelling and will try to get some done.
... Think I can get most done.

LW: Thanks.
... Suggest get as much done this week as possible.
... Xioqian, can you publish a WD update early next week?

XW: Ok.

Pull requests

LW: We have 4 outstanding, at least one for a couple of weeks.
... My screen reader script for GH is broken so I'm unable to help.
... Will send note to all editors asking for help.

XW: I will help.

Spec delta monitoring

LW: Chaals think you said elsewhere that you'd reviewed the commit log and there was nothing of note.

SOH: Confirmed.

TPAC planning

LW: We should start to think about what TPAC time we need.
... No need to decide today.

CMN: The backwards and forwards imposed on us by the WHATWG negotiations, means it's hard for people to commit to attending TPAC on the basis that something may/may not be happening.
... With costs going up by the week, this is a barrier to participation.

LW: Yes.

XW: It depends on the outcome.

LW: Problem is that the outcome won't be known until after TPAC.

XW: We should have a draft before then.

CMN: That will still make it late for deciding whether to come to TPAC or not.
... It's frustrating.

XW: Fair enough.
