Evan: not well documented at this time

mck: documented that Enter and Space do same thing

Evan: must use keyup and keydown for Spacebar

mck: screen readers do not support these differences so is only experienced by kbd only users (no screen reader)
... pattern guidance mimics native behavior

jn: higher value effort with other issues - not a priority
... : merge 609 and "kleinfreund" will fix

mck: would like to see functionality availability to screen reader users
... leave unassigned for now and move to Release 3
