IRI validation

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2018Mar/0016

Steven: I posted a new version today which validates a bit more.
... Shall we adopt it?
... and do we need anything else?

Erik: So is this a new type?

Steven: Yes, I propose keeping AnyURI as is (it's not ours anyway)
... it is the most useful usecase, when being asked for a homepage or whatever

Erik: So we would need to pick a name?

Steven: Yes

Erik: So it covers http: etc, what else?

Steven: irc, ftp, etc.

Erik: There are other possible cases.

Steven: If you want to suggest others, please do, I'll try and fix it.

Erik: I think http and https are the vast majority of use cases

Steven: I agree
... it is still possible to use AnyURI, you just don't get *any* validation with that.
... My proposal is add it to the spec.

Erik: You would have to do extra work to make sure it was http or https if you wanted.

Steven: Sure.

Erik: Alternative would be to have a type that only accepts http: https:

Steven: We could add that too

Erik: Risk is that it gets out of control.
... but two might be OK, one general, and one for http/s

Steven: OK with that suggestion?

Philip: Yes

Alain: Yes

<scribe> ACTION: Steven to add IRI types to spec.

<trackbot> Created ACTION-2164 - Add iri types to spec. [on Steven Pemberton - due 2018-03-28].

Test Suite 2.0

https://homepages.cwi.nl/~steven/forms/TestSuite/index.xhtml

Steven: I posted a new version
... In this version you can see which tests are new-style, they have a * before them in the overview.
... as usual comments gratefully received,
... also new test data examples gratefully received.
