renato: discussion about the Exit Criteria -03 and -04: how to validate/evalute a partOf?

ivan: is worried about some Github issue going beyond editorial changes.

michaelS: pointed at the issues #267 and #275: the definitions of consequences in a Duty are contradicting

ivan: should be solved quickly = this week. Hopes the W3C director will accept that.

michaelS: error in the XML Schema - is this a problem?

ivan: no problem, needs to be fixed.
