Decision to update the rec-track deliverables to two:
1 - Information Model
2 - Vocabulary & Expression
The latter will amalgamate the 4 Community Group specs: Vocabulary, Ontology, XML, JSON encodings.
There was also some discussion to moving to a single deliverable. This would then have all the information in one place and may save some duplication (eg Policy Types being repeated i n both specs). Having the Information Model seperate was seen as good as it can also act as an primer (and not go into all the details) as well as a model framework independent from any implementation details. It was agreed to continue with the 2 deliverables for now.
