Description:
It needs a name. SOSA is ugly in Spanish. Nobody knows what it stands for.

Why not just call it sn-core? core-ssn? sensing core etc? This needs to be fixed down for FPWD as it may be very difficult to change after that.

The same was/is true for SSN. SOSA stands for Sensor, Observation, Sampling, Actuation.

> SOSA is ugly in Spanish.

And SSN stands for Social Security Number and SDW for the famous 'seven dirty words' (g/wiki/SDW). My point here is that by now almost everything means something else in some context.
