- Description:
- raised in meeting https://www.w3.org/2016/08/23-sdwssn-minutes.html -- see discussion in minutes. It was recognised that though this may not be specifically spatail, it comes up all the time in spatial, is only slightly covered in DWBP (see internationalisation/locale) and could follow a pattern just like CRS and TRS that SDW is addressing. Note that "accuracy" may be more related to measurement procedure (and is well addressed by ssn already).

Related notes:
Accuracy was also raised, and needs to be covered - SSN requirements is for accuracy for the observation (e.g. calibration) - but perhaps this just a domain model problem?

Frans Knibbe, 9 Sep 2016, 12:21:45UoM were added to a note in the CRSDefinition requirement.
A new requirement for precision has not been added yet. Supporting use cases have to be found first.
