Section 7 says that Sunday 1 January 2006 is the first day of the first week of 2006. Is it? Or is it the last day of the first week of 2006? Perhaps the most widely known system now in use for numbering weeks is that of ISO 8601 (and of other ISO specifications before it); in that system, Sunday 1 January 2006 is not the first day of the first week of 2006, but the last day of week 52 of 2005.

What scheme of week numbering is being used in the example in section 7? How is a consumer of a DateTimeDescription to know? Can it vary from instance to instance, or is it constant for all DateTime descriptions?
