None of the fields appear to have any documentation saying what the expected, well-formed, and/or semantically correct values of the field are, or how the values relate to time concepts.

All classes and predicates have skos:definition (with same valus as an rdfs:comment) field. Documentation in this version is much more systematic than the 2006 edition.
