Kerry has closed ACTION-21 with a further analysis of the use cases that underpinned the existing SSN vocabulary (https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/Working_Use_Cases#Various_Sensor_Use_Cases_.28SSN.29). We need to decide how to incorporate this information in the UCR document.
