The spec must be more precise and consistent about when a resource is a shape, a class, and an instance of a class

State:
CLOSED
Product:
SHACL - Core
Raised by:
Arthur Ryman
Opened on:
2016-01-28
Description:
There are multiple places in the spec where we define how to determine which resources are shapes, classes, and instances of classes. These definitions must be unambiguous about which triples are involved and which graph (shapes or data) the triples come from.
