Resolutions

RDFa does not use QNames for shortening URIs, as that is technically incorrect. We use the equivalent of CURIEs, exactly as SPARQL. We will include the definition of CURIES inline with the RDFa syntax, though we may eventually choose to refer to the CURIE doc instead. link
