Version: LibreOffice, version 4.1.3.2, running under Mavericks (a.k.a. OS X version 10.9.1)
test-utf8.csv
- Cyrillic text recognised
- Latin text with accents recognised
- data recognized as "Date & Time" and "Number"
- The escaped line break is interpreted
As far as I can see, it renders as it should be. Note, however, that it is converted through a wizard where details can be modified/set.
