changeset http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ldpwg/rev/0408e1e5bbf8 contains the vast majority of changes - recommend EricP review at least. I have to look at any changes to sort criteria; at first glance it might just be tweaks to examples.

Note: the WG resolution was for http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ldp-wg/2013Sep/0055.html but there was a subsequent amendment in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ldp-wg/2013Sep/0081.html . I DID incorporate the 0081 addition of rel=collection into the draft.

Also note, included in the changeset is generalizing paging to any http resource, vs the old state where it applied ONLY to LDPRs. I think that goes along with TimBL's comments for the potential to "hide" paging in libraries.
