Dear all - the ODRL Creative Commons Working Group is pleased to 
announce the
release of the ODRL CC Profile as a Draft Specification:

This Draft Specification is for review by WG Members and all other 
interested parties.

If no substantive issues are found then the Working Group plans to 
submit it for
consideration as a final Specification.

Comments can be sent until the end of March 2005
