Yes, I agree. The level of datail of the elements is not balanced yet. I
would love to refer to a set of metadata for contracts, but I don't now one.
Do you?

In case there is none, we would like to suggest the vocabulary that is
currently in the legal object. The vocabulary here actually needs to be
moved to the Document "ODRL V2.0: Core Dictionary" which has to come up
later.
