Too many informative Notes in RDF Concepts

Description:
In the words of Gavin: “There are sections which seem to completely overwhelm their content with notes. Any time a note immediately follows a note there is likely room for improvement.”

Some of the notes may be moved to the planned New Features and Migration Guide.

Others seem to be the result of nitpicking back in 2004 and no one will care if we drop them.

Others can probably be easily combined or streamlined with a bit of editorial love.

The XML 1.1 related Notes may be good candidates for dropping. Again, Gavin: “There are no implementations of XML 1.1 and the number of people likely to care about RDF/XML in XML 1.1 is zero.”

Do we have a way of polling the group (or community) about the Notes they actually find helpful?
