Moving to paq product. The terms are defined in prov.owl, PAQ needs to keep them updated (by coordinating with prov-o team).

I think we're agreed on the direction for this. The PROV-AQ document directory contains OWL/TTL files with term definitions. SO we just need to make sure they're aligned with the document.
