Related notes:

I have updated the test_timing_attributes_order test to remove the verification of the time spent within the onbeforeunload and onunload event handlers. In the unload test page, the sleeps are removed and replace with single variable assignments. This will ensure that the event is called and the ordering test will check that the order is correct and not necessarily the time spent within as agreed in our calls.

I have updated the test_document_readiness test such that all UAs are able to expose the ready states. This ensures that all UAs support the readystate dependency used by Navigation Timing.
