When navigating to page B (http://w3c-test.org/webperf/tests/approved/navigation-timing/html5/test_timing_attributes_order.html), ensure that the unload delay was counted but not the beforeunload.

The WG agreed that the order was more important than determining whether the time was spent within the onbeforeunload vs onunload handlers.
