- During the Privacy for Advanced APIs Workshop, John Morris suggested that the rulesets that are sent a long with the collected data could be considered as overridden if the interaction is made as part of a pre-existing trust relationship between the site and the user.
Conversely, the rulesets would only apply for interactions with site where no trust relationship has been established.
