Invitation
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), an international consortium with the mission to lead the World Wide Web to its full potential, has the honour to invite the general public to the W3C Senegal Office Launch.
The launch of the W3C Senegal Office is part of the Digital World Forum project (European Union's 7th Research Framework Programme - FP7) which aims to explore how to take advantage of the new paradigm of low-cost technologies in broadband infrastructure and devices to bridge the digital divide and connect the unconnected.
This event is integrated to the eLearning Africa conference to be held in Dakar, from 27 to 29 of May 2009.
You are cordially invited to attend the first W3C West African Office launch
