Summary of Issue: The phrase ‘listed below’ at the end of the sentence can be misleading. Refer http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/#text-equiv. The reference made at the end of item #1 (under situations A, B, and C) reads “listed below,” which leads a reader to believe that the forthcoming text is somehow tied. Another issue is that a sentence contains a link and also a statement that tells a reader to look below. For example, #1 under situation A reads, “G94: Providing short text alternative for non-text content that serves the same purpose and presents the same information as the non-text content<http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20120103/G94>using a *short* text alternative technique listed below.” Below means situation B:

This is incorrect under that context.

Proposed Change:

Revise the wording from the #1 item from situations, A, B, and C.
