Toward a More Secure Web - W3C Workshop on Transparency and Usability of Web Authentication

Registration is mandatory for all participants. You will not be able to enter the venue unless you hold a confirmed registration.
We recommend the following hotels in the Midtown Manhattan area. We
suggest making hotel arrangements as soon as possible. The first two hotels
offer guest room rates well below $300 per night (before taxes), but as the
meeting approaches, these rates may no longer be available.
Please note that when calling some hotels, you may get directed to a general
reservations center that takes bookings for multiple hotels. It is important
to give the full hotel address to avoid booking mistakes.

Four blocks from 53rd and Lexington Avenue.
To reach the meeting venue from midtown Manhattan, take the E or V train from 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue or 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue. Take the train for one stop going towards Queens, getting on the very back of the train. Get off at 23rd Street and Ely Avenue. Once you go upstairs, you'll enter the building directly. The meeting is on the 50th floor - Court Square Room. The estimated travel time is 15-30 minutes from one of the above hotels to the meeting venue.
If you decide to use a hotel near La Guardia airport, you should be prepared to travel to the meeting venue by car.
We recommend to use the La Guardia and JFK airports. Both are no more than 30-40 minutes away from the Court Square location and about the same time frame into mid-town Manhattan. During heavy traffic, it could take more than one hour.
