In order to process e-mails sent to the public and member lists, it can be followed these conventions:

If a mail sent to the list starts with:

  • [API] It will refer to the API deliverable
  • [STR] It will refer to the Structures deliverable
  • [VOC] It will refer to the Vocabulary Note
  • [ONT] It will refer to the ontology for the delivery context
  • [OMA] It will have to do with the OMA liaison
  • [REP] It will refer to the Repository Requirements deliverable
