The meeting will be from 9am to 5pm. The TAG will be meeting at the same time as the AC Intro Day

Meeting information

The meeting is located in Skyline E, 2nd floor West Tower, Royal Sonesta (same floor, same tower as the Ballroom).

The room will have the standard AV: LCD projector, screen and flip chart. The whole hotel will have wireless.

Hotels

The recommended hotel is the Royal Sonesta. The discount rate for rooms at the Sonesta expires on 17 October.

Meals

Breakfast and breaks will be served just outside the room, lunches will be in Grand Ballroom A with the Team.

Dinner: The TAG is invited to the welcome session for the Advisory Committee on 18 Nov at the Sonesta.
