updated specs

Folks,

I have updated the specification [1]. Attached is the new updated schema. So, please use this new schema.

Jose, can you please upload this to [2] as I cannot upload xsd files to the same.

The following issues have been resolved in this Nov 29th Draft:

Fixed Issue TBD: Inserted "elements and" string in Para [97]
Fixed Issue TDB: Deleted sentence mentioning <PassPhraseAuth> as this element does not exist from para[367]
Fixed Issue 315-ga-3: Typo in example - Complete fixed para [146]
Fixed issue 322-tl: deleted last sentence in para[83]
Fixed issue 323-ga: added sentences for non-compound request behaviour in section 3.5.2 para[134]
Fixed issue 324-tl: removed the OCSP row of the table in #3.2.3 and the related line of schema - fixed para [104] and [106] and updated schema.
Fixed issue 325-ga: This was fixed in Sept 6th draft, item 2 - para [94] , but, the issue id was missing.
Fixed Issue 326-jk - Replaced all instances of "xmltrustcenter" reference in Service URI with "example". This will complete the fix for this issue.
Fixed Issue 327-jk: added phrase "Generic Description:" to the cells which don't have a corresponding major result in para[122]

Issue 328-jk [3] will need a little bit of discussion on the list. This is the only open issue and belongs to part-2 of the spec.

Tommy, I have updated the examples to fix the issue 326-jk. Can you please check your automated example generation script to make sure that those changes are recorded.
