3. Issue whenToUseGet-7
   • Question from Jacek Kopecky (chair SAWSDL-WG) about "WSDL 2.0 operation safety annotation in SAWSDL"
     
   • The question asks the TAG preference on indicating web service operation safety. Jacek presents four options.
   • Follow-up from Jonathan Marsh (co-chair WSD-WG) requests a timely response from the TAG and chairs-hat-off expresses a preference for a separation of concerns and proposes an amendment to one of Jacek's options.

   • How does XBL relate with TAG work -- see message from Henry and thread.
   • Also Elaborated Infoset message, thread and article from Henry. (recent messages from Noah and Raman)

   • To date CURIEs have been discussed under ultimateQuestion-42. Should we create a separate issue for their ongoing discussion? If so, we need a volunteer to describe the issue.
