This test case illustrates that transformations are associated with representations of information resources.
This HTML page is an HTML represenation of a information resource. There is also an SVG represenation of that information resource. Transforms associated with the HTML representation should not be run on the svg representation unless they are specifically indicated to apply to that representation as well.
