FWIW, MarkABaker didn't think this list will get very big in the long run. He seems to have been proven wrong, so this comment has been moved to the bottom....

Mark responds; wrong? Well, this is hardly the long run, but ~40 endpoints might as well be zero on the scale of the Web. When you get a few million, drop me a line 8-)
