SIOC/RDF in Operator

Idea
To extend the Operator Firefox extension to detect and parse external RDF linked to from an HMTL page.
Operator already works with RDFa. Since RDFa can express the full RDF model then it should be simple to extend the Operator this way. The only thing needed is an RDF/XML parser.
