  1. You must first register a user account and agree to the rules of participation.
  2. We will then ring you on your landline telephone number to confirm your details.
  3. Following this, all verified accounts will be enabled before 1st September.
  4. On the 1st September, we will open the data sets download page.
  5. Then, when you are ready, you can submit competition entries via our entry submission system.
