Results
A) page was unusable with virtual cursor on (JAWS' default when browser loaded)
B) JAWS was able to read the entire contents of the introductory content with virtual cursor turned off;
C) when focus was established on the widget using the TAB key, JAWS ennunciated simply the word "Frame"; moving up and down (UpArrow/DownArrow) resulted in JAWS reporting "frame blank"; there was no indication whether a node was collapseable or expandable, and moving through nodes with the UpArrow and DownArrow resulted only in JAWS speaking the word: "Frame"
D) Tabbing off the first frame, JAWS encountered what it called "Edit frame"; JAWS could not speak the contents of the "edit frame", whether virtual cursor was on or off;
E) despite JAWS' clear indication that there are 2 frames contained in the page, JAWS' list of frames revealed no frames.
