    • Introductions, planning & initial action items
  • 9 Apr: Meeting #2
    • Review progress on data, audience/stakeholder definition & baseline survey questions (internal & external)
  • 15 Apr: 2013 Headlights Project Plan due (Kelly)
  • 19 Apr: Weigh-in on wiki
  • 23 Apr: Meeting #3 @ 4:30pm EST
    • Analytics in place & data collection underway; 22 April - 21 May (Ian)
    • Finalize Audiences/groups (Bev)
    • Finalize surveys (Member, Chair & Public) & who/how we will find participants
  • 29 Apr: Finalize Draft Surveys
    • Post draft surveys to group for final feedback & request volunteers to lead surveys (collection & processing)

  • 1 May: Survey Feedback Due
  • 7 May: Meeting #4 @ 4:30pm EST
    • Review survey distribution plan
    • Identify resource/content lead(s) to flesh out existing & missing resources to move towards a comprehensive scope
  • 13 May: Last draft of survey for review
  • 14 May: Teleconference
  • 15 May: Launch survey
  • 20 May: Draft resource/content report due (high-level overview of existing, desired/new & relocating resources)
  • 21 May: Meeting #5 @ 4:30pm EST
    • Discuss implementation requirements & success criteria
    • Identify budget/sponsors/timeline/spec lead(s)
    • Review resource/content report (quasi content inventory) in terms of scope for the redesign
      • What is a must have?
      • What is a nice to have?
      • What is not feasible (may live elsewhere)?
    • Discuss survey analysis criteria (audiences' needs & prioritized goals)

      • Include findings from analytics data & surveying of various users; outlining key audiences/user archetype and their needs (include testimonials, etc.)

  • 9-11 Jun: W3C Advisory Committee meeting in Tokyo
  • 18 Jun: Meeting #7 @ 4:30pm EST
    • Review feedback from AC meeting
    • Begin revising proposal
  • 21 Jun: Remaining Sections Due
    • Budget & timeline due
    • Potential sponsors
    • Revised high-level goals for redesign & value proposition
