The templating system help you to design uniform documents for W3C pages, or helps you to prepare documents for particular circumstances (Last Call, etc).
When the template will be called, A form will be created and displayed with the value of variable-name to input. We suggest that you choose a variable name which has a meaning. For example:
%%Your_email_address%%
The form will contain an entry with Your_email_address and the input field to enter it.
Gives the year in the format YYYY. For example, "1969"
Gives the month in the format mm. For example, "03" for February
Gives the month in a 3-char format. For example, "Mar" for February
Gives the day in the format dd. For example, "16"
