Description:
The process document identifies a particular set of rules by which chairs may declare a group member "no longer in good standing" and therefore withdraw their right to participate as a member in e.g. votes.

These are not used by most groups, and may not be appropriate for the groups that do want to use such requirements. Should they be removed in favour of allowing a charter to define rules if the particular group wants them?

Note that in 2006 it was suggested that the part of the good standing allowing one person to satisfy attendance requirements for all representatives of a single member was intended only to apply to face to face meetings. (But if the rules themselves are removed, that question is resolved)

In 2006 Dan Connolly suggested that a rule requiring ACTION items to be available in advance of the minutes was overly restrictive.

On the other hand, where groups use tracker Action items are now available immediately, so this suggestion may be moot.
