Publications, Academic Articles

The ePrints research repository system exports RDF metadata about deposited items using the BIBO vocabulary. It is used in data.southampton.ac.uk (see for example http://eprints.ecs.soton.ac.uk/id/eprint/420) and in data.open.ac.uk in the Open Research Online (ORO) system (see for example http://data.open.ac.uk/oro/21166).

Academic Organisations

data.aalto.fi uses AIISO to describe the organisation of the university in schools, department, etc. See for example http://data.aalto.fi/page/id/people/organization/SchoolOfBusiness.

Courses

AIISO is often use to describe the organisational aspects of a course (as above in data.aalto.fi). data.open.ac.uk also uses the Resist Courseware Ontology, as well as MLO and XCRI to describe courses available (see for example http://data.open.ac.uk/course/aa100)
