The example URI
<http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.w3.org/Encryption/> contains three
differently output URIs.

1) The redirection note
2) The "The document located at ..." part
3) In the bottom, the revalidation URI

I suggest that we use the way recommended in RFC2396, appendix E for all URIs:

    <http://foo.bar.com/...>

...or in HTML:

    &lt;<a href="http://foo.bar.com/...">http://foo.bar.com/...</a>%gt;

Personally I prefer the old RFC1738 syntax (<URL:...>), but I can live with either one so 
long as they are consistent. Good catch BTW. :-)
