If you don't have the "SGML Parser" correctly identified in your check.cfg 
file, you won't find out until you get an "open3: IO::Pipe: Can't spawn-NOWAIT: 
No such file or directory" error. This should probably be checked in BEGIN when 
the exsistance of other files is being validated.

Fixed in CVS (1.305.2.8).
