There are three references to the docs/help.html file within the error_messages.cfg - which are not absolutely addressed (begin with http://).

When output using the soap12 format, the links are relative without context. See message from Karim for more info http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-validator/2007Oct/0024.html

I'll submit a patch.

add placeholder for CFG_HOME_PAGE within the three docs references and re-arrange replacement to replace instances within error message as well as feedback plea

This was in the 0.8.2 released, bug should be closed.
